Taufik Marjuniadi, President Director
Professionally experienced in the sharia general insurance for more than 20 years, Mr. Taufik Marjuniadi was appointed as President Director of PT Asuransi Chubb Syariah Indonesia by General Meeting of Shareholders on 28 January 2021.
He was started his career in PT Asuransi Chubb Syariah Indonesia as the Group Head of Claims and Technical Experts since 2010. With a strong dedication to promote the sharia insurance business, he was entrusted with the position of Technical Director since January 2014.
Before joining PT Asuransi Chubb Syariah Indonesia, from 1998 t0 2008 he started his career at PT Asuransi Takaful Umum. Continuing his path in the insurance industry, he then worked in an international insurance company called Takaful House Public Joint Stock Company located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates as the Assistant Vice President for 2008-2009.
He has acquired professional qualification from the Associate of The Malaysian Insurance Institute (AMMI), Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), The Charterer Insurance Institute (CII), and recognition by Ahli Asuransi Indonesia Kerugian (AAIK)/non-title. He also holds the Fellow of the Islamic Insurance Society (FIIS) from Islamic Insurance Society (IIS), the highest professional designation for sharia insurance experts. In risk management, he holds the Ahli Manajemen Risiko Perasuransian (AMRP) from Asosiasi Ahli Manajemen Indonesia.
Irdianto, Director of Marketing
Bringing more than 22 years of professional experience in the conventional and sharia general insurance industry, Mr. Irdianto was appointed as Marketing Director of PT Asuransi Chubb Syariah Indonesia by General Meeting of Shareholders on 20 March 2019.
His career in insurance began in 1997 when he joined PT Asuransi Sinar Mas to become the company’s Area Branch Manager. He then served in a number of management positions, namely the Head of Agency & Financial Institution in PT Asuransi Takaful Umum and the Head Division of Strategy & Business Development in PT Asuransi Tugu Kresna Pratama. His career rocketed in 2017 when he was appointed by PT Asuransi Takaful Umum as the Technical Director.
He has acquired professional qualification from Ahli Asuransi Indonesia Kerugian (AAIK) and Qualified Insurance Practitioner (QIP). From the Islamic Insurance Society (IIS), he holds the title of Fellow of Islamic Insurance Society (FIIS), and Qualified Risk Governance Professional (QRGP) for his expertise in the field of risk management.
Fery Ariyanto, Direktur Operasional
With over 20 years of experience as an professional in both conventional and sharia general insurance, Mr. Fery Ariyanto was appointed as the Operational Director of PT Asuransi Chubb Syariah Indonesia based on the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 27 February 2025.
Mr. Fery Ariyanto started his career in 2005 at PT Asuransi Takaful Umum as Management Development Program, where he held several positions including Assistant Manager of Underwriting and Assistant Manager of Claim for Motor and Non-Motor.
In addition, Mr. Fery Ariyanto pursued his career at several other insurance companies, such as PT Fairfax Insurance Indonesia in 2015 and PT MNC Asuransi Indonesia from 2015 to 2018.
Driven by a strong desire to advance the sharia insurance industry, Mr. Fery Ariyanto decided to rejoin PT Asuransi Chubb Syariah Indonesia (formerly PT Asuransi Jaya Proteksi Takaful) in 2018, where he held the position of Head of the Technical Division.
He holds professional qualifications such as Ajun Ahli Asuransi Indonesia Kerugian (AAAIK), Gelar Profesi Ahli Asuransi Syariah (AIIS), and Qualified Risk Governance Professional (QRGP).
